Accommodation Deposits
Do any halls require deposits or rent in advance?

We do not require any deposits to apply for accommodation.
If you are a new student allocated to:
- Cheney Student Village then you will be asked to pay £200 as part of the acceptance process.
- Parade Green (managed by Unite Students) then you will be required to pay £250 upfront payment as part of the acceptance process.
- Sinnet Court or Canterbury House (managed by A2Dominion) then you will be required to pay the first of 3 instalments at the start of September before collecting keys.
