Need a tenancy/landlord reference or proof of address document?

If you are living in university-managed halls, please email [email protected] to request a reference or proof of address document. Your request needs to include the following:
- Full name
- Student number
- Advise what the document/reference is for (this is so we can provide you with the correct format).
We will then provide this to you by email in pdf format.
These can usually be provided within 3 working days but may take longer during busy periods.
We reply to our emails oldest to newest - in order for us to get back to you as quickly as possible, please do not send repeat emails as this will delay a response.
If you need a tenancy/landlord reference but are not living in university-managed halls then we will not be able to provide your reference:

Note: for a tenancy reference, your accommodation fees must be up to date.
